Delivery Cost

Free shipping could be offered for orders over HK$2000. For orders under HK$2000, HK$150 for shipping charges will apply.

Delivery cost covers most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories areas (but not including outlying islands and following areas in Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau and Mai Po. There will be additional delivery costs incurred to deliveries made for these areas. Please get in touch with us for arrangements prior to ordering.

Delivery Schedule

All purchases will be shipped within 4-6 business days once the order is confirmed and payment received in full.

Delivery Methods

We leverage a third party delivery partner for delivery. We check our products & packaging with care before shipping. If no one is present at the delivery address during the time of delivery, a notice will be left for you to rearrange the delivery. Prior to delivery, all orders must be paid and confirmed by Vintage Library. Alternative logistic arrangement will be discussed on a case by case basis.

All delivery matters are subject to third party delivery partners' Terms and Conditions. Their policies are subject to change without prior notice.

You may also choose to self pick up at our office: 16/F Amber Commercial Building, 70-74 Morrison Hill Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (prior booking required).

Non Delivery or Not Reachable

In the event of wine has not been collected or non-deliverable within 7 business days of purchase due to customer's failure to notify of change of address, non-reachable or customer refuses to take delivery of the wine, a storage fees referred to above may apply. Storage fees will be charged at $20 per bottle per month (30 calendar days, storage for part of a month will be charged as a month). Storage fee must be fully settled prior to delivery of the wines.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and customer and Vintage Library agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Vintage Library may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Vintage Library's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
