General

You must be 18 years of age or above to access and purchase from vintage-library.com. According to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, it is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 under Hong Kong jurisdiction. By placing an order, customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above (in case of a Hong Kong resident), or at or above the legal drinking age in his/her living area. Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery (within Hong Kong) or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Vintage Library reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are not available. In the event that Vintage Library is unable to fulfill any of the products or services in customer’s order, Vintage Library will notify customer by phone or email.

Use of Site

This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct on-line communications. You may not distribute or commercially exploit the site or any part of its content (whether by reproduction, retransmission, dissemination, sale, broadcast, circulation, republication, amendment, re-delivery using "framing" or similar technology or otherwise).
Any use of the on-line communication features of this site may only be used for lawful purposes and you may not post or transmit any material which is objectionable (whether harmful, threatening or otherwise); Vintage Library reserves the right (but without the obligation or liability) to prohibit or remove any such material.

Payment

Payment by customer is due immediately upon issue of order confirmation by Vintage Library. Otherwise, Vintage Library has full discretion to cancel the order.

Sales

All sales are subject to our final confirmation. All orders received verbally, by fax or electronic mail are considered final. No cancellations will be accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This current list cancels all previous lists. By placing an order, customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18.

 

Force Majeure

Vintage Library (vintage-library.com) shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations by circumstance beyond our reasonable control. 
 

Breakages & Shortfall

All customers are requested to examine the packages and goods immediately upon receipt for any deficiencies or damages. Any deficiencies or damages must be identified and escalated at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.

Shipping & Returns

We check our products & packaging with care before shipping, thus purchased products cannot be returned. We advise our customers to carefully consider their orders, as processed orders cannot be cancelled. No refunds shall be given for order cancelations. Vintage Library will not accept any return of goods nor will provide any refund for any orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
 
Termination

Vintage-library.com may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that vintage-library.com in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to vintage-library.com or a third party.
 
Notice

Vintage Library (vintage-library.com) may deliver notices to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on vintage-library.com. You may give notice to Vintage Library (vintage-library.com) at any time by means of electronic mail to shop@vintage-library.com.

These Terms of Use (including the order terms contained in the Help page) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
