Including a special celebration Junmai Daiginjo Sake call「へび Hebi」, that is designed in the theme to give thanks to the family's patron saint, the white snake, that has protected the Yoshikawa's family sake house for many generations.
This「へび Hebi」sake is brewed with a modern yeast extracted from apple, and the finest homegrown Yamada Nishiki (sake rice) through Japanese traditional artisanal sake brewing skills. Delivering a refreshing joy in an exquisite delicacy!
